How do you handle Governance Decisions?
We adopt a formal approach to governance decisions. We start by monitoring Crypto Social Media for community insights, followed by internal team discussions to consider various perspectives. Additionally, we consult our network of field-specific experts to inform each decision. This structured process ensures our governance choices are well-informed and balanced, reflecting both community sentiment and expert advice.
To ensure no governance votes are missed, we developed a monitoring system which pushes all governance proposals into our internal system and informs us if we get closer to the end of a voting period.
What is your Infrastructure Security Setup?
We operate our validators exclusively on bare metal servers, strategically distributed across multiple data centers in Austria. This approach enhances the geographical decentralization of blockchain networks. We meticulously optimize our hardware specifically for blockchain operations, ensuring peak performance and high reliability. Our comprehensive monitoring system, comprising both bespoke and commercial solutions, alongside our robust security framework, guarantees superior quality and protection.
