As a distributed validator, we have a validator governance token - $PHMN. Depending on the number of tokens held, the voting power is determined. $PHMN token holders can create proposals, vote, and make decisions regarding the POSTHUMAN validator.

POSTHUMAN Validator is developing its own blockchain. Additionally, the validator is developing a blockchain game - Metarchy, Sputnik Network and conducting lessons in the Validator School.

We are using horcrux to protect our validator key, ansible to keep our infrastructure persistent and ssh keys with password to connect to servers. In order to monitor our hardware we are using Prometheus + Grafana stack. Notifications are coming through telegram bot and special grafana app installed on the phone. Using this software we are monitoring different aspects of the system: hardware metrics, blockchain metrics and our internal metrics for different analytic purposes. In case of emergency on call duty person is receiving notification from grafana, and if it is not possible to solve issue he escalates incident to the shift manager and this manager decides whom to attract next. In case of downtime first thing is to understand what happened, and if this is hardware failure we are moving node to next server. If this is another problems we are fixing in dependence of the problem. We are preparing all required changes including binary and using cosmovisor to smoothly change binaries. We compensate 100% for the slashing and recover as quickly as possible (a few hours at the most) We have scripts for staking and saving funds. In order to avoid downtime and to backup our infrastructure we are using horcurx solution, with validator nodes spread across different providers.
